Baked Avocado Recipe

- salt and chipotle pepper
- 2 eggs
- Slice your avocado in half and scoop a little bit out.
- Crack an egg into each half of the avocado.
- Season with salt and chipotle pepper.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until the egg is cooked how you like it.
